(далі - "Договір"), на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок 2020 року до 29 лютого 2020 року; ця додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін та є невід'ємною частиною Договору про надання послуг 17-П/2240 від 29.01.2019 р.

Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», уклали цю додаткову угоду про наступне: ціна додаткової угоди, що не перевищує 20% договору укладеному в попередньому році (455155,00 грн.), згідно Додатку № 1, становить 73800,00 грн. з ПДВ 20% (сімдесят три тисячі вісімсот грн. 00 коп.); ця додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін та є невід’ємною частиною договору про надання послуг № 17-П/2240 від 29.01.2019р.
