У зв’язку з введенням в дію Розпорядження Київської міської військової адміністрації від 30.09.2022 № 673 «Про встановлення тарифів на теплову енергію, виробництва теплової енергії, постачання теплової енергії, послуги з постачання теплової енергії і гарячої води» сторони домовилися про наступне: внести зміни до п.3.1. та п. 3.4. Договору, а також викласти Додатки № 1 та 3 у новій редакції.
