У зв’язку із зміною цін на хліб Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни в п.1.4 Договору №29 від 06.03.2017 р. на закупівлю хліба відповідно до п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника.

Хліб пшеничний в/г – 17535 кг зменшити к-ть продукції до 15581,5 кг
Хліб житній – 17535 кг – 15636,8 кг
Загальна сума договору становить 240000,00 грн. (двісті сорок тисяч гривень 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 40000,00 грн. (сорок тисяч гривень 00 коп.)
