Керуючись пунктом 2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони домовилися збільшити ціну за одиницю товару до 10% та внести зміни до пункту 5.4 Договору та викласти його в такій редакції:
"5.4. Ціна електричної енергії за цим Договором становить: 125234,32грн., крім того ПДВ 25046,86грн., всього з ПДВ 150281,18грн.
Ціна за 1кВт/год електричної енергії за цим Договором становить 4,301688 гривень з ПДВ.
