Improvement of the quality of the subject of procurement provided that such improvement will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract
Extension of the contract term and fulfillment of obligations for transfer of goods, performance of works, provision of services in case of occurrence of documented objectively justified circumstances that caused such extension, including force majeure, delay in financing of customer's expenses, provided that such changes will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract
Change of conditions due to extension of the contract term, sufficient for conducting procurement procedure at the beginning of the next year, in the amount not exceeding 20% of the amount specified in the contract made in the previous year, if expenses for these purposes are approved in the established order

1. Пункт 3 Договору № 1 від 08.11.2023 року викласти в наступній редакції "Ціна договору на 2023 рік з врахуванням ПДВ СТАНОВИТЬ 107001,05 ГРН. ВИХОДЯЧИ З ОЧІКУВАНИХ ОБСЯГІВ СПОЖИВАННЯ ЕЛЕКТРОЕНЕРГІЇ 13 146 кВт/год. у 2023 році." 2. Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін, які мають однакову юридичну силу, і є невід'ємною частиною Договору № 1 від 08.11.2023 року про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг.
