Керуючись Законом України “Про ринок електричної енергії”, Законом України “Про
відкритість використання публічних коштів”, Законом України “Про запобігання корупції”,
“Правилами роздрібного ринку електричної енергії”, Бюджетним кодексом України, Указом
Президента України від 24.02.2022 № 64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» (із
змінами), Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, з урахуванням пункту 13 (підпункт 2) та
пункту 14 Постанови КМУ від 12 жовтня 2022 року № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей
здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом
України Про публічні закупівлі», на період правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та
протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування. Наказом Міністерства з питань
реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 22.12.2022 № 309 «Про затвердження
Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії тимчасово окуповані Російською
Федерацією» (із змінами), іншими нормативно-правовими актами чинного законодавства
України, дійшли спільної згоди укласти цей договір (надалі- Договір) про наступне:»
