Відповідно до Законів № 1875 та № 2633 Закону від 21.05.97 р. № 280/97-ВР «Про місцеве самоврядування в Україні» , пункту 3.3 розділу ІІІ «Ціна договору» , пункту 6.3.6 розділу 6 Договору № 30 від 13 січня 2023 р, згідно рішення Виконавчого комітету Богодухівської міської ради «Про встановлення тарифу на теплову енергію для ТОВ «РЕГІОН ТЕХСЕРВІС» на опалювальний період 2023-2024 років» № 392 від 19.10.2023р., з 19.10.2023р. по 31.12.2023р. встановлено тариф на теплову енергію у розмірі 5 496,08 грн/Гкал. В періоді з 01.01.2023р. по 18.10.2023р. тариф на теплову енергію становив 4 496,64 грн/Гкал.
