4.5.2 Договору сторони домовились: збільшити ціну одиниці товару , без збільшення загальної суми Договору.

Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” (далі - Закон),
відповідно до п.11.3 Договору сторони домовились продовжити дію договору на строк
достатній для проведення процедури на початку 2018 року. Обсяги, що не перевищують 20
відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, будуть визначені після затвердження видатків на цю
мету в установленому порядку.

Черкаської торгово-промислової палати від 15.01.2018 року №0-37, сторони домовились: збільшити ціну одиниці товару, а саме: бензин
марки А-92 - 27,50 грн./літр; дизельне паливо- 26,00 грн./літр.
