Функціоналом майданчика не передбачено оприлюднення повідомлення про внесення змін до договору з причин, не освітлених у Законі України «Про публічні закупівлі», однак передбачених ст.10 Закону. Внаслідок цього, для оприлюднення додаткової угоди, щодо збільшення ціни договору за рішенням суду була обрана причина внесення змін до договору – згідно пп. 6, 7 частини 5 ст. 41 Закону.
