В зв'язку з карантином COVID-19, враховуючи рекомендації МОЗ України постановою КМУ № 641 від 22.07.2020 року, при підвищенні температури персонал йде на самоізоляцію. В зв'язку з цим немає можливості забезпечити об'єкт в повному обсязі необхідною кількістю зварників та монтажників.

При прокладанні труб з'ясувалась наявність великої кількості існуючих інженерних мереж, які не нанесені в проекті, що, в свою чергу, стримує виконання робіт згідно проектної документації. А також захворюваність робочих на COVID-19 та їх не передбачена самоізоляція.
