Порядку реєстрації та обліку бюджетних зобов’язань розпорядників бюджетних коштів та одержувачів бюджетних коштів в органах Державної казначейської служби України, затвердженого наказом Міністерства фінансів України від 02.03.2012 р. № 309, зареєстровано в Міністерстві юстиції України 20.03.2012 р. за № 419/20732, бюджетні зобов’язання за даним Договором приймаються в межах бюджетних асигнувань установлених кошторисами. За спеціальним фондом бюджету бюджетні фінансові зобов’язання за даним Договором приймаються виключно в межах фактичних надходжень до спеціального фонду бюджету (відкритих асигнувань, виділених коштів) та бюджетних асигнувань встановлених кошторисами, а також у зв’язку з відсутністю повного фінансування на зазначені цілі протягом 2023 року, відповідно до Наказу Начальника Рівненської обласної військової адміністрації від 25.05.2023 року № 261
