(три грн. 058755097 коп.), крім того ПДВ – 0,611751019 грн. (нуль грн. 611751019 коп.), всього з ПДВ – 3,670506116 грн. (три грн. 670506116 коп.), що включає в себе тарифи на послуги з передачі та на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії.

У зв'язку із коливанням ціни елетричної енергії на ринку, керуючись п. 1, 2 ч. 5 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п. 13.2, 13.3, 13.4 Договору Сторони домовилися внести зміни до п. 2.3, 5.1, 5.2 Договору : "2.3. Кількість електричної енергії - 5383414 кВт*год." "5.1. Ціна за 1 кВт*год. електричної енергії становить 3,267796791 грн. (три грн. 267796791 коп.), крім того ПДВ - 0,6535593582 грн. (нуль грн. 6535593582 коп.), всього з ПДВ - 3,9213561492 грн. (три грн. 9213561492 коп.), що включає в себе тарифи на послуги з передачі та на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії." Загальна вартість Договору становить 16088399,65 грн. (шістнадцять мільйонів вісімдесят вісі тисяч триста дев'яносто дев'ять грн. 65 коп.), крім того ПДВ - 3217679,93 грн. (три мільйони двісті сімнадцять тисяч шістсот сімдесят дев'ять грн. 93 коп.), всього з ПДВ - 19306079,58 грн. (Дев'ятнадцять мільйонів триста шість тисяч сімдесят дев'ять грн. 58 коп.).
