Керуючись Законом України «Про ринок природного газу», частиною п'ятою статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", враховуючи додаткову угоду №6 від 24.12.2019р. до Договору, укладено дану угоду до Договору про те, що загальна сума закупівлі за цією Додатковою угодою складає 22579.21грн.(двадцять дві тисячі п’ятсот сімдесят дев’ять гривень 21 коп.), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми Договору
