керуючись ч. 6 ст. 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" , згідно з п.11.1 та 11.2 Договору №1 від 28.12.2020 та ч. 1 ст. 188 Господарського кодексу України, ч.1 ст. 652 Цивільного кодексу України, в зв'язку з продовженням строку дії договору, сторони погодили збільшити суму договору на 3216,00 грн. 00 коп., що не перевищує 20% від суми початкового договору про закупівлю.
