Сторони, уклали дану Додаткову угоду до Договору № 41 АВ547- 140-21 від 22.02.2021 року про зменшення загального обсягу природного газу у Договорі на 10 280.90 куб. м. та викласти
п. 1.1. Поговору в новій редакції, а саме: «І.І. Постачальник зобов'язується передати у
власність Споживачу у 2021 році товар за кодом ДК 021:2015 09120000-6 «Газове паливо»
(природний газ), (далі - газ). Споживач зобов'язується прийняти та оплатити вартість газу
у розмірах, строки та порядку, що визначені Договором. Річний плановий обсяг
постачання газу - до 82 334,10 куб. м. (Вісімдесят дві тисячі триста тридцять чотири, 10
куб. м.) та зменшення загальної суми Договору на 92 528.10 грн. (Дев'яносто дві тисячі п’ятсот
двадцять вісім грн. 10 коп.), в т. ч. ПДВ - 15 421,35 грн. та викласти п. 3.6. Договору в
новій редакції, а саме: « 3.6. Загальна сума Договору складає 741 006.90 грн. (Сімсот
сорок одна тисяча шість грн. 90 коп., в тому числі ПДВ — 123 501.15 грн.).
