Note:
1. Згідно пункту 10.3 Договору, відповідно до пункту 5 частини четвертої статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», керуючись пунктом 11.6. Договору, Сторони домовились доповнити Договір пунктом 10.1.1. в редакції такого змісту : « 10.1.1 Дію Договору продовжити на строк , достатній для проведення процедури закупі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми,визначеної у Договорі».
2. Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з дати її підписання Сторонами та діє до 31 березня 2018 року.

Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", пунктом 11.6. Договору, суму Договору збільшено на 2212,76 грн. (дві тисячі двісті дванадцять грн. 76 коп.) , в тому числі ПДВ 7% - 144,76 грн. ( сто сорок чотири грн. 76 коп.).
