Note:
1. Керуючись ч.6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди, продовжити термін дії Договору №52 від «17» лютого 2021 року на постачання продуктів харчування (далі – Договір) на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
2. Ця додаткова угода вступає в силу з моменту підписання Сторонами і діє до «31» березня 2022 року.

Сторони дійшли згоди, збільшити загальну кількість товарів та Додаток № 1 («Специфікація») до Договору № 52 від «17»лютого 2021 року викласти в наступній редакції:
Молоко пастеризоване жирністю 2,6% 2755 кг, ціна за одиницю з ПДВ 24,90 грн. загальна вартість з ПДВ 68599,50 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ 11433,25.
2. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 11 429,10 грн.(одинадцять тисяч чотириста двадцять дев’ять гривень 10 копійок) з ПДВ..
Загальна сума Договору складає: 68 599,50 грн. (шістдесят вісім тисяч п’ятсот дев’яносто дев’ять гривень 50 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ 11433,25 грн.
3. Ця додаткова угода вступає в силу з моменту підписання Сторонами і діє до «31» березня 2022 року.
