Note:
Зменшити очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії, у зв’язку з чим:
1. Пункт 1.3. Договору викласти у новій редакції такого змісту:
«1.3. Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період до 31 грудня 2020р.________становить __69277___кВт*год та відповідає очікуваному обсягу закупівлі послуг з розподілу (передачі) електричної енергії у оператора системи.
Обсяги закупівлі електричної енергії можуть бути зменшені залежно від реального фінансування видатків.».
2. Пункт 4.4. Договору викласти у новій редакції наступного змісту:
«4.4. Вартість електричної енергії за цим Договором визначається з урахуванням суми очікуваної вартості обсягів постачання електричної енергії протягом періоду, вказаного у пункті 1.3 цього Договору, та становить: ___107577,48 ___грн. (сто сім тисяч п’ятсот сімдесят сім_____грн.__48__коп.), крім того ПДВ _21515,50___ грн. (двадцять одна тисяча п’ятсот п’ятнадцять ___грн. _50___ коп.), всього з ПДВ _129092,98__грн. (сто двадцять дев’ять тисяч дев’яносто дві____грн. _98___коп.), у тому числі:
Загальний фонд ___102992,98___ грн., враховуючи ПДВ___17165,50___ грн.,
Спеціальний фонд _____26100,00___грн., враховуючи ПДВ _4350,00____ грн.,
За рахунок відшкодованих коштів ____0_____ грн., враховуючі ПДВ____ грн.,
За рахунок власних коштів підприємства ____0____грн.враховуючи ПДВ ____ грн.
3. Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
