Постачалььник та Споживач, керуючись нормами ЗУ Про публічні закупівлі, чинного госоподарського та цивільного законодавства прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року в обсязі що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, викласти п. 2.3. Договору в новій редакції та визначили Договірні обсяги споживання електричної енергії ДСП "Об'єднання Радон" на 2022 рік.
