Керуючись п. 4 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIIІ та п.11.3 розділу 11 Договору №27/11/17 від 27.10.2017р. Сторони домовились та дійшли згоди цією додатковою угодою внести зміни в п. 2.1розділу 2 «Ціна договору», який виклали в наступній редакції: «2.1 Ціна цілого договору визначена Сторонами згідно із специфікацією товару (Додаток 1 до Договору) і на дату підписання Сторонами цього Договору становить 391 532,52 грн. без ПДВ. Втому числі 20% на 2018 рік становить 65 255,42 грн.»
