У зв'язку зі зміною тарифів на перевезення і вартості проїзних квитків, керуючись п.п.2.3, 2.4, 10.2 Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди внести зміни до Договору. Ціна Квитків, визначається згідно тарифів, затверджених розпорядженням виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації). Виходячи із збільшенням суми вартості проїзду внесли зміни до кошторису та зробили перерозподіл коштів: КЕКВ 2240 -62400,00грн.,КЕКВ 2250 + 62400,00 грн.
