Відповідно до ч.6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони уклали додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Доповнити розділ 2 Договору №80/Т/21 від 28.04.2021 року пунктом 2.1.1., та викласти його у наступній редакції:
«2.1.1. Ціна договору для закупівлі додаткового обсягу послуг з нанесення або відновлення розмітки дорожньої горизонтальної з використанням акрилової фарби з світловідбиваючими кульками у 2022 році становить 197 934 грн. 00 коп. (сто дев’яносто сім тисяч дев’ятсот тридцять чотири гривень 00 копійок), з ПДВ».
