Керуючись ч.6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити строк дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі.
Викласти п.10.1.в новій редакції:
«Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня підписання і діє до 31.03.2022 року , але у будь-якому випадку до повного виконання сторонами своїх зобов’язань».
