Відповідно до п.п. 7.3. Договору № від ОУ У cL 2021 року (далі - Договір):
1.1. Підпункт 2.1. розділу 2 «Вартість робіт і порядок розрахунків» викласти у такій редакції: «2.1. Загальна вартість виконання робіт проведення технічного нагляду становить 122 000,00 грн. (сто двадцять дві тисячі гривень 00 коп.), (в тому числі ЄП-6100,00 грн.).
Сума яка підлягає виконанню у 2021 році зменшується на 1 659,65 грн. (одна тисяча шістсот п ятдесят дев’ять гривень 65 коп.), (в тому числі ЄП-82,98 грн.) та становить 12 340,35 грн. (дванадцять тисяч триста сорок гривень 35 коп.), (в тому числі ЄП-617,02 грн.);
Сума яка підлягатиме виконанню в наступному бюджетному періоді у 2022 році становитиме 109 659,65 грн. (сто дев’ять тисяч шістсот п’ятдесят дев’ять гривень 65 коп.), (в тому числі ЄП- 5482,98 грн.), за умови виділення фінансування Замовнику.

Відповідно до частини 4 пункту 5 статті 41 (у зв’язку з затримкою фінансування витрат Замовника) Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», та п.п. 7.3 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди про внесення змін до Договору № SOO від 0$ -j3U 2021 року (далі - Договір):
1.1. Підпункт 2.1. розділу 2 «Вартість робіт і порядок розрахунків» викласти у такій редакції:
«2.1. Загальна вартість виконання робіт проведення технічного нагляду становить 122 000,00 гри. (сто двадцять дві тисячі гривень 00 коп.), (в тому числі ЄП-6100,00 грн.).
Сума яка підлягала виконанню у 2021 році становить 0,00 грн. (нуль гривень 00 коп.);
Сума яка підлягатиме виконанню в наступному бюджетному періоді у 2022 році становитиме 122 000,00 грн. (сто двадцять дві тисячі гривень 00 коп.), (в тому числі ЄП-6100,00 грн.), за умови виділення фінансування Замовнику.
