Керуючись статтями 651, 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, у відповідності до пункту 11.2 розділу 11 Договору № 17/7/01-25 від 17.01.2025 року (далі — Договір) уклали додаткову угоду № 1 до Договору про наступне:
1. Пункт 3.1 розділу 3 «Вартість товару» Договору викласти у наступній редакції:
«3.1. Загальна вартість за цим Договором складає: 3 909,91 грн. (три тисячі дев’ятсот дев’ять грн. 91 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 20% — 651,65 грн. (шістсот п’ятдесят одна грн. 65 коп.).».
