У зв’язку із зменшенням обсягу закупівлі Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяг постачання пари, гарячої води, та пов’язаної продукції (ДК 021-2015 – 09320000-8 - Пара, гаряча вода та пов’язана продукція) на суму 282952,65 грн. (двісті вісімдесят дві тисячі дев’ятсот п’ятдесят дві гривні 65 копійок) та встановити ціну Договору у розмірі 501412,76 грн. (п’ятсот одна тисяча чотиристо дванадцять гривень 76 копійок), у тому числі податок на додану вартість 83568,79 грн. (вісімдесят три тисячі п’ятсот шістдесят вісім гривень 79 копійок) в кількості 301,945 Гкал.

У зв’язку з необхідністю проведення переговорної процедури закупівлі у 2020 році Сторони дійшли згоди про збільшення суми Договору про закупівлю пари, гарячої води та пов’язаної продукції №6 від 04.02.2019 року (ДК 021-2015: 09320000-8 - пара, гаряча вода та пов’язана продукція) в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми цього Договору у межах кошторисних призначень, затверджених на цю мету, а саме на 100280,87 грн. (сто тисяч двісті вісімдесят гривень 87 копійок), у тому числі податок на додану вартість 16713,48 грн. (шістнадцять тисяч сімсот тринадцять гривень 48 копійок) та встановити ціну Договору у розмірі 601693,63 грн. (шістсот одна тисяча шістсот дев̕яносто три гривні 63 копійки), у тому числі податок на додану вартість 100282,27 грн. (сто тисяч двісті вісімдесят дві гривні 27 копійок) з кількістю товару після внесення змін: 355,523 Гкал.
