Керуючись п. 2 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», на підставі п. 5.7, та п. 13.6 Договороу №23-21/430 від 07.04.2021 року, сторони домовились, що з 01.07.2021 року ціна електричної енергії на ринку електричної енергії за Договором становить: 2,081759 грн. за 1 кВт*год., в тому числі: - нерегульована частина ціни - 1,440869 грн. за 1 кВт*год. без урахування ПДВ; - регульований тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії - 0,29393 грн. за 1 кВт*год. без урахування ПДВ; - ПДВ - 0,34696 грн. У зв'язку зі зміною ціни за одиницю товару Сторони погодили, що кількість товару (обсяги постачання електричної енергії) становить: 1181299 кВт*год.
