Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди щодо внесення змін до Договору постачання теплової енергії №234 від 24.01.2022 року, а саме доповнити Розділ 5 пунктом 2.1. Замовник може проводити попередню оплату до початку опалювального сезону з вересня 2022 року за послуги теплопостачання на строк не більше трьох місяців у розмірі, що не перевищує 30% вартості від річної вартості послуг, що в подальшому підлягає, у встановленому порядку, заліку в рахунок майбутніх платежів.
