На підставі п.2 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України " Про публічні закупівлі ", враховуючи коливання ціни на ринку природного газу за одиницю продукції Сторони вирішили внести зміни у пункт 4.2 Договору, а саме ціна природного газу за 1000 м.куб. з урахуванням компенсації вартості послуг доступу до потужності у січні 2020 року становить 8548 грн.99 коп. Постачальник здійснює протягом 2020 року постачання природного газу Споживачеві для власного споживання в обсязі 11,495 тис.м.куб
