Відповідно до п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України від 25.12.2015 N922-VIII «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони, за взаємною згодою, домовились внести зміни до п. 5.4. розділу V «Тариф та порядок розрахунків» Договору, а саме: 1.1. Доповнити п. 5.4. Договору наступним реченням: «Загальна сума договору зменшується на 63 908 грн. 24 коп. з урахуванням ПДВ. та становить 128 376 грн. 76 коп. (сто двадцять вісім тисяч триста сімдесят шість грн. 76 коп.), з урахуванням ПДВ.
