Відповідно до постанови КМУ від 09.12.2020р. № 1236 «Про встановлення карантину та запровадження обмежувальних протиепідемічних заходів з метою запобігання поширенню на території України гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2” та від 11.08.2021р. №855 «Про внесення змін до деяких актів Кабінету Міністрів України» карантин подовжено до 01.10.2021 р. Сторони домовилися продовжити термін дії Договору № 1955 від 08.07.2021 р. до 01.10.2021р. та викласти п.7 «Термін дії Договору» п.п. 7.1 в іншій редакції: «Цей Договір діє з моменту двостороннього підписання і скріплення печатками Сторін до 01.10.2021р».
