1. Враховуючи положення п. 3 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIIІ, у відповідності до умов п. п. 11.1 та п. 11.8 Договору Сторони прийшли до згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору:
1.1. Пункт 4.2 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«4.2. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перерахування Замовником коштів на поточний рахунок Виконавця по мірі надходження коштів з місцевого бюджету в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань, після підписання Сторонами акту наданих послуг, який складається по підсумкам за місяць або проміжними платежами.
