Керуючись п.2 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні зікупівлі" та пп.11.7 п. XI Договору №0203-01 від 03 березня 2020 року, з 18 січня 2021 року змінити ціни, щодо збільшення, за одиницю товару (Бензин марки А-92, бензин марки А-95 та джизельне паливо для кожної партії окремо) , в розмірі не більше ніж на 10% від цін, визначених Постачальником у Додатковій угоді №1 від 14 травня 2020 року до Договору №0203-01 від 03 березня 2020 року, за умови, що зазначена сума не призведе до збільшення суми визначеної у договорі, шляхом внесення змін до Специфікації.
