На підставі частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIII, сторони погодились: на період, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, подовжений додатковою угодою № 5 від 28 грудня 2017 року до Договору від 30 січня 2017 року № 25 «Про надання послуги з перевезення посадових осіб обласної ради, депутатів обласної ради та посадових осіб виконавчого апарату обласної ради» суму Договору збільшити на 80 000,00 грн.
