На підставі п. 4 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", а саме: " Продовження строку дії договору та виконання зобов'язань щодо передання товару, виконання робіт,надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об'єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови, що такі зміни не призведутьдо збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі", та п.п. 4 п 8.3 розділу 8 договору " Зміна умов договору" сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п. 4.1 розділу ІV. Поставка товарів договору № 45 від 26.08.2021р.та викласти його в наступній редакції. 4.1 Строк поставки товарів до 20.09.2021р.
