«Керуючись Законом України «Про ринок природного газу», Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 19.07.2022 № 812 «Про затвердження Положення про покладення спеціальних обов’язків на суб’єктів ринку природного газу для забезпечення загальносуспільних інтересів у процесі функціонування ринку природного газу щодо особливостей постачання природного газу виробникам теплової енергії та бюджетним установам» (Із змінами і доповненнями, внесеними постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 29.07.2022 N 839), Постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг (далі - НКРЕКП) від 30.09.2015 № 2496 «Про затвердження Правил постачання природного газу» (надалі – Правила постачання природного газу), Постановою НКРЕКП від 30.09.2015 № 2493 «Про затвердження Кодексу газотранспортної системи» (надалі – Кодекс ГТС), Постановою НКРЕКП від 30.09.2015 № 2494 «Про затвердження Кодексу газорозподільних систем» (далі – Кодекс ГРМ), Постановою НКРЕКП від 24.12.2019 № 3013 «Про встановлення тарифів для ТОВ «ОПЕРАТОР ГТС УКРАЇНИ» на послуги транспортування природного газу для точок входу і точок виходу на регуляторний період 2020 – 2024 роки» та іншими нормативно-правовими актами України, що регулюють відносини у сфері постачання природного газу
