Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 651 Цивільного Кодексу України ,ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 11.3. Договору №57 від 15.03.2021 р. Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну цього Договору на суму, що не перевищує 20 % від суми визначеної в Договорі, а саме – 12915,00 грн. ( Дванадцять тисяч дев’ятсот п'ятнадцять грн.. 00 коп. ), в т.ч. ПДВ -2152,50 грн.
