У зв’язку з письмовим зверненням Постачальника за №02-10-3/11239 від 28.10.21 р. з обґрунтуванням зміни ціни на електричну енергію, що підтверджується довідкою Полтавської торгово-промислової палати України №24.14-05/699 від 27.10.2021 р., та зміною ціни на електричну енергію за 1кВт*год на ринку електричної енергії, Споживач і Постачальник на підставі ст. 651-654 ЦК України, ст. 188 ГК України, п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії», п.5.2. дійшли згоди:
1.1. Сторони домовилися викласти пункт 2.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
«2.1. Кількість товарів – 291177,13 ».
Граничний розмір тарифу за фактично спожиту електричну енергію з 04.11.2021 р. становить 2,07891 грн. без урахування ПДВ та 2,49469 грн. з ПДВ.
Ціна цього Договору не змінюється.
