Сторони, керуючись пунктом 4 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону уклали цю Додаткову угоду №3 про наступне:
1.1 З урахуванням листа Постачальника про продовження співпраці та у зв’язку із продовженням співпраці Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору:
1.1.1 У п. 4.1 Договору цифри та слова «31 грудня 2020 року» замінити цифрами та словами «2021 року»
1.1.2 У п.10.1 Договору цифри та слова «31 грудня 2020 року» замінити цифрами та словами «31 січня 2021 року»
1.1.3. Доповнити Специфікацію до Договору новим пунктом 4 такого змісту: «4. Календарний план».
1.2 Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
