Note:
1. Внести зміни до договору від 27.01.2023 р. № ЕЕЦ- 23-01-02-2128 , а саме зменшити ціну договору на суму 16703,52 грн. (шістнадцять тисяч сімсот три грн. 52 коп.) Загальна сума договору від 27.01.2023 р. № ЕЕЦ- 23-01-02-2128 становить – 77747,07 грн., крім того ПДВ – 15549,41 грн., всього з ПДВ – 93296,48 грн. (дев’яносто три тисячі двісті дев’яносто шість грн. 48 коп).
2. Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з дня її підписання та діє до «31» грудня 2023 р., а в частині проведення розрахунків - до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором. Відповідно до частини З статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України Сторони домовились умови цієї Додаткової угоди застосувати до відносин, які виникли між Сторонами з «01» січня 2023 року.
3. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними та є обов’язковими для Сторін.
