Note:
керуючись постановою Кабміну від 12.10.2022 № 1178 пунктом 19 підпунктом 4, та пунктами 3.2, 7.1 та 9.4 Договору, уклали цю Додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Сторони погодилися внести зміни до Додатку №1 (Специфікації) до Договору №259 від
«28» липня 2025 року, а саме – викласти пункт «Строк поставки» у новій редакції:
«Строк поставки: до 30.09.2025 року включно». .
2. Внесення змін здійснюється на підставі:
• п. 3.2 Договору, який передбачає можливість коригування умов Специфікації у разі об’єктивної потреби;
• п. 7.1 Договору, що регулює відповідальність Сторін за невиконання зобов’язань, включаючи строки;
• п. 9.4 Договору, який дозволяє внесення змін до Договору виключно шляхом укладення додаткових угод.
