Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію цього Договору на термін, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, та збільшити суму Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету, затверджену в установленому порядку, а саме на 79660,00 грн., у тому числі ПДВ 0,00 грн.
2. Викласти п3.1. Договору у наступній редакції:
"Ціна цього Договору становить 477980,00 грн., у тому числі ПДВ 0,00 грн."
