Партизанська, 3 в смт Козин Обухівського району Київської області» ДК 021:2015:45454000-4-реконструкція та на підставі рішення Козинської селищної ради від 19.12.2019 р. №37-79-VII «Про укладання додаткових угод до договорів, термін дії яких необхідно продовжити на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного 2020 року: на закупівлю послуг зі збирання сміття з урн і контейнерів у громадських місцях, на закупівлю послуг з прибирання та підмітання вулиць, на закупівлю послуг з теплопостачання, на закупівлю електроенергії, та додаткових угод до договорів, термін дії яких необхідно подовжити в зв’язку з продовженням робіт у 2020 році», Сторони домовились укласти дану Додаткову угоду (далі – Додаткова угода), внести зміни в п.п. 15.2 Договору №70 від 12.08.2019 року, виклавши його в новій редакції, а саме:
«15.2. Договір набуває чинності з моменту його укладення і діє до 31 рудня 2020 року, але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань».
