У зв’язку із продовженням строку дії карантину та запровадження обмежувальних протиепідемічних заходів з метою запобігання поширенню на території України гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2”, Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України №928 від 19 серпня 2022 року «Про внесення змін до розпорядження Кабінету Міністрів України від 25 березня 2020 р. № 338 і постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 9 грудня 2020 р. № 1236», Сторони погодили продовжити термін дії Договору та строк поставки Товару до 31 грудня 2022 року, а в частині розрахунків – до повного виконання.
