Відповідно п.4.1 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони домовилися про зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника на 300 000,00 грн. (триста тисяч гривень 00 коп.). Загальна вартість Договору становить 1 045 500,00 грн. (один мільйон сорок п'ять тисяч п'ятсот гривень 00 коп) в т.ч. ПДВ.

Відповідно п.5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони домовилися про продовження дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку. Відповідно термін дії договору продовжити до 31 березня 2020 року, загальна вартість Договору становить 1 249 370,00 грн. (один мільйон двісті сорок дев'ять тисяч триста сімдесят гривень 00 коп) в т.ч. ПДВ.
