Note:
. Враховуючи термін дії Договору (з 01.03.2019 по 31.12.2019) внести зміни до п.2.1. Додатку 4 до Договору № 3 від 01 березня 2019 року «Вартість послуг та порядок розрахунків» та викласти його в наступній редакції:
« 2.1. Загальна сума договору складає 893 443,68 грн. з ПДВ (вісімсот дев’яносто три тисячі чотириста сорок три гривні 68 коп. з ПДВ), (в тому числі ПДВ 148 907,28 грн.).
Для конкретного місяця розрахунки проводяться на підставі календаря робочого часу на 2019 р.».
2. Скорегований Розрахунок вартості охорони на об’єкті Покупця з урахуванням календаря робочого часу на 2019 рік, у період надання послуг з 01.03.2019 по 31.03.2019 викласти в Додатку № 1 до цієї Додаткової угоди, що є її невід'ємною частиною.
3. Усі інші умови Договору № 3 від 01.03.2019 залишаються без змін.

Note:
Замовник та Постачальник (Охорона), керуючись нормами Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору №3 від 01.03.2019 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
2. Розділ 8 до Договору № 3 від 01.03.2019 року (Термін дії Договору та інші умови) доповнити наступним абзацом:
П.8.3. Збільшити загальний термін надання послуг на 2 місяці.
3. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 176 082,10 грн. з ПДВ. (сто сімдесят шість тисяч вісімдесят дві гривні 10 коп.) з ПДВ.
