Загальний плановий обсяг надання Послуг за даним договором становить 97,5м.куб. В разі перевищення фактичного обсягу над вказаним плановим обсягом Послуг .Споживач сплачує вартість фактичного обсягу Послуг в строки та порядку, що передбачено даним договором.
В зв'язку з потребою споживача зменшити загальну вартість послуг на 8 074,25грн. в т. ПДВ-1345,71грн., та п.4.5. Договору викласти в такій редакції
4.5. Загальна вартість послуг по Договору складається з сумарної вартості отриманих послуг згідно актів прймання-передач та становить 17 320,01 грн., в т.ч.ПДВ-2886,67грн.
Усі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
