У відповідності до пункту 3 частини 5 статті 41 Закону про публічні закупівлі та в зв’язку з підготовкою КНП «Бродівська ЦМЛ» до опалювального сезону в час військового стану, Постачальник та Споживач погодили внести зміни в договір щодо покращення якості предмета закупівлі, за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, а саме передбачають можливість проведення попередньої оплати на наступний розрахунковий період, на строк від одного до трьох місяців, якщо розмір такої оплати не перевищує 30% залишкового обсягу вартості Договору.
