Керуючись пунктами 1.3., та 11.1 договору №20 від 21 лютого 2019 року, Сторони дійшли згоди про наступне: 1.1.Згідно пп.1.,п.4., ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" внести зміни до пункту 3.1., розділу ІІІ.ЦІНА ДОГОВОРУ, та викласти його таким чином: 3.1. Ціна Договору становить: 34968,60 грн., у тому числі ПДВ 20%-5828,10 грн. 2.Сторони домовились внести зміни до Додатку №1 Договору "Специфікація" та викласти у новій редакції. 3. Внести зміни до пункту 10.1., розділу Х.СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ, та пункту 5.6., розділу V.ПОСТАВКА ТОВАРІВ та викласти в новій редакції.
