Зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника.
Дана додаткова угода була раніше завантажена відповідно до ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", але не було відредаговано основний контракт.
Тому, за для уникнення технічної помилки завантажую по новому ДУ, за для редагування основного контракту.

Зміни умов у зв’язку із продовженням строку дії договору, достатнього для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
Дана додаткова угода була раніше завантажена у терміни які зазначені у ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" але, через те, що я не зтикався з проуедурою закупівель - не знав, що потрібно редагувати основний контракт вручну.
Додаткова угода завантажується повторно, за для уникнення технічної помилки.
В даній додатковій угоді зазначено, на скільки кокретно (числовий еквівалент) збільшується сума договору.
